Badigeonner<\/strong>\u00a0les pi\u00e8ces de viande de taureau avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive AOC des baux de Provence saupoudrer la viande, de piment d\u2019Espelette, de poivre gris et de graines de coriandre broy\u00e9es dans un moulin.<\/p><p><strong>3. Laisser mariner<\/strong>\u00a0au frais pendant au moins 30 minutes<\/p><p><strong>4. Faire colorer<\/strong>\u00a0les pi\u00e8ces de viande tr\u00e8s rapidement, sans les br\u00fbler, \u00e0 feu vif, dans une po\u00eale chaude avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p><p><strong>5. Rouler<\/strong>\u00a0la viande dans un papier film pour donner la forme d\u2019un saucisson et mettre au frais n\u00e9gatif au moins 2 heures pour durcir la viande<\/p><p><strong>6. D\u00e9couper<\/strong>\u00a0des lamelles tr\u00e8s fines de viande, les enduire d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et les saupoudrer de fleur de sel de Camargue et de plusieurs tours de moulin de graines de coriandre<\/p><p>Attendre 10 minutes avant de servir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33
