water<\/li><li>Quince<\/li><li>Butter<\/li><li>Cinnamon<\/li><li>Shortcrust pastry<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Make the caramel.<\/p><p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Add 1 teaspoon of butter, and grease the bottom of the tin with it.<\/p><p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Place the quartered quince (leave the skin on) on the caramel.<\/p><p><strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Sprinkle with
