OUR COMMITMENT.
Listening to nature is an everyday duty.

IN STEP WITH NATURE
Our environmental approach includes practices in the vineyard as well as in the cellar: sheep grazing for the upkeep and fertilization of the soil, cover crops to prevent erosion and promote biodiversity…
REDUCING THE ENERGY FOOTPRINT
Harvesting the whites and rosés at night not only preserves the grape but also limites the need to cool down the harvest by 6 degrees centigrade.
We also take into consideration the geographical proximity of our suppliers, recycling, the weight of the glass of the bottles…

PRESERVING OUR HERITAGE
The construction of a new wine cellar in the “Pont du Gard” stone traces a link between the estate’s viticulture tradition and our contemporary vision.
The harmonious restoration of the 16th century structure, the use of local materials, the showcasing of a Roman excavation and the protection of the landscape match the strong will to preserve this shared heritage.
ALCHEMY BETWEEN WINE AND LANDSCAPE
It is our landscape that marks our wines, and that’s the reason why we strive to make our visitors aware of protection of environment and biodiversity. Bird watching excursions in partnership with the Gard’s Ornithological Center or events at the estate give us the opportunity to share those convictions.
