INTRODUCTION TO WINE TASTING
Through the history, the wines of the estate and the terroir of the costières de Nîmes, we offer you a 2-hours course on the fundamentals of tasting.
Going through the stages of organic and biodynamic viticulture, to the different stages of winemaking.
According to the weather, the tasting can take place amongst the vines and comes with a range of local food specialties.

Partagez notre passion lors d’un échange convivial en savourant la richesse de la cuisine provençale : découvrez les traditions culinaires (brandade de Nîmes, anchoïade et tapenade) et de délicieux produits (terrine de taureau aux olives, fromage de chèvre, huile d’olive et fruits du domaine selon la saison).

Complete your visit of the estate and cellar while enjoying the richness of Provence food specialties :
brandade, anchovies and tapenade spreads, as well as other local produces made with care: bull pâté with olives, goat cheese, our olive oil and fruits according to the season.
After the wine tasting you can choose to savor your lunch under the shade of our patio or within the vines.
