Cuve 46

Crisp berry

Born in our cuvee number 46, this wine highlights the delicate character of an old Cinsault vine. Harvested on a terroir between the Rhône and the Garrigue dominated by rounded stones, it is completed by a lively Grenach for a more rounded wine.
This new assemblage strives to highlight the crispiness of the fruit.

AOP Costières de Nîmes Rouge

Select parcels of old cinsault and grenache with a touch of Syr ah.

Born in our vat number 46, this wine highlights the delicate character of a rare 50-year old Cinsault vineyard. Planted on very rocky soils facing the Rhône river, it is completed by a smooth Grenache which give it its juicy mid-palate. As our only blend bottled with no sulfites, this wine aims to highlight the finess of a crisp fruit.
Fermentation with no sulfites for 2 to 3 weeks. Ageing 6 to 9 months in vats preserves the freshness of the wine. No fining or filtration.

Superbe. »
